Give Me ‘S’more’

We’re taking a beloved summer tradition and giving it a fun spin! For s’more bites, here’s everything you’ll need to grab and how to bake it.

Ingredients:

  • Graham cracker crumbs- either store bought or DIY

  • Butter

  • Powdered sugar

  • Marshmallows

  • Reese’s mini peanut butter cups or Hershey bars

  • Mini muffin or cupcake pan (24 count total)

Directions:

Mix together the ingredients for the crust (butter, graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar).

  1. Place chocolate or Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup in each cup. Top with half of a marshmallow.

  2. Place in oven on broil and watch them like a hawk! You will just want them to brown about 1-2 minutes. They will burn so don’t take your eyes off of them.

Let the good times role!

This next ‘recipe’ is a bit easier and definitely quicker than the first option. This one follows the more traditional s’mores route. Build your bonfire, grab those graham crackers, marshmallows, but this time, add in reese’s peanut butter cups!

When it comes time to assembling your masterpiece, go ahead and continue to take some creative liberty if you so desire! We’ve added the reese’s in between the dessert sandwich, but the peanut butter cups can also easily be placed on top AND the bottom. This route caters more so to the big sweet tooths!

For the chocolate lover and or, the real extreme sweets lover, listen up.

The ladies of Oh So Delicioso have compiled 4 different ways to create the most savory s’more for all your summer night needs.

Swap out those crackers for chocolate bars and add in sliced up strawberries for the filling! A small yet impactful and altering change. For all their s’mores ideas, ciick here to get the full scoop!

Whether you’ve built a bonfire from scratch or turned on your outdoor fire pit- both equally as admirable, these last few dessert recipes are sure to help you gear up for summer after the holiday weekend! S’mores aren’t just for kids, adults can have fun with these sweet treats too. What are your summer traditions, recipes, or tips for getting ready for this new sunshine season ahead?
