Matt comes to Compass with a passion for real estate. As a small business owner and entrepreneur in the flex office / commercial real estate industry, he thrives at creating realities out of visions, ensuring members’ needs are met, and supporting development of others. In addition to his love of real estate, Matt has a unique ability to connect with others. Over the years he has excelled at building strong, personal and working relationships through his diverse background in sales, logistics and supply chain, operations, small business, and coaching football.

Having spent the last 15 years in the San Francisco Bay Area enjoying everything from hiking and camping, to biking, wine tasting, and building lifelong connections. Matt and his family moved back to their roots in 2020 to begin a new chapter raising their 3 young kids with strong midwest values! Growing up in the northwest suburbs, Matt has an extensive knowledge of the area and knows what it’s like to find a new home for first time homeowners and/or growing families. Currently Matt resides in Arlington Heights where he and his family have immersed themselves in the growing community, and loving every moment.

Matt believes that continued communication is the most important value in working with his clients throughout the entire process of one of life’s biggest purchases.
